What's an Event?
An event is a visit to your website (a pageview) by either a human or a bot. BotSights processes both types to distinguish between them. You can see your event usage in your account settings.
How Many Events Do I Need?
Bots make up roughly half of all website traffic. Estimate your needs by doubling your human monthly visit count from Google Analytics or similar tools.
Example: If you see 50,000 monthly visits in Google Analytics, you'd need about 100,000 BotSights events.
What Happens If I Exceed My Limit?
- Free plan: Hard limit — tracking pauses until the next calendar month
- Paid plans: Soft limit — tracking continues uninterrupted. We'll reach out if you're consistently exceeding your plan's limit to help you find the right tier

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
